Benjamin Passot Juliénas 'Vaux' 2021

Benjamin's Juliénas comes from an old vines parcel in the commune of Vaux. At 11.5% alcohol, this is super light for a Beaujolais Cru wine but it has a lot of concentration. Surprising power despite being so light on its feet. Benjamin's wines are made with destemmed fruit like many classic Pinot Noir wines which gives them a slightly different fruit profile to other Beaujolais wines.
