La Guimardière 2020

The Guimardière vinyard was the first parcel Abel started working on. He thinks this site as the most potential as the fruit seems to have very good ripeness whilst retaining big acidity.

The plot is south east facing on the classic schist soil you'd expect for a top dry Anjou chenin. Classic quince and apple aromas, racey and mineral, a remarkably fresh, especially in 2020 which was quite a warm vintage.
