Domaine des Notes Bleues

Les Sarres 2022

‘Les Sarres’ comes from a small vineyard in the village of Buvilly. Facing Pupillin, this east facing slope catches the sun most of the day. Aged in old American oak barrels (unusual for Jura), the coarser grain in the wood provides the wine with more oxygen. The wine has a gorgeous perume and a lactic quality which sets it apart from other Savagnins.
