Nuage Blanc
This Domaine 7's new entry level chenin. In 2023 Abel decided to use some of his grapes from the Guimardiere parcel to make a lower price point, fresh and approachable Chenin that could be released ahead of the Guimardiere. ​​This is a wine made with early picked grapes, a quick maceration and a short ageing in stainless steel. This wine has excellent drinabiliy, remarkable balance for a 10% ABV wine and aromas that will transport you to a fresh, crisp spring day in the Loire.
