The Brèves de Comptoir is a Syrah from two plots. One is an Ardèche parcel which used to be included in the Saint Joseph appelation but was declassified at some point. The other plot is in the lesser known Gard region (in the South of France). These two terroirs bring both juiciness and spiciness to the blend, resulting in a great balance.
