This is the debut vintage from Étienne Gasnier and Margaux Dermine, a complex and textural topped up Jura Chardonnay from the iconic 'En Billat' vineyard made famous by Ganevat and Labet. The wine has spent two years in barrel and was bottled in late 2025 without fining or filtration.
